Indcare,
registered since 1989 under the Indian Trust Act, 1982, Charitable and Religious trust Act, 1920 and Indian Societies Act, 1860 is a non-profit philanthropic organization. Conceptualization of Indcare is based on the vision of like minded professionals from different segments of the society who have pledged to raise the standard of the living of the poor, needy and deprived residing in urban slums, rural and tribal areas.Since its inception, organization has evolved, as envisioned, into designing and implementing innovative approaches for the upliftment of under-privileged. The programmes of Indcare are people oriented and worked out realistically keeping in view the practical realities in their effective implementation

A developed India is not a dream. It need not even be a mere vision in the minds of many Indians. It is a mission we have taken up and shall succeed in the development of the human spirit.

THE GUIDING OBJECTIVES

  • To coordinate and facilitate Integrated Sustainable Community Development programmes through people's participation.

  • To empower the women for sustainable development from Micro-credit to Micro-Enterprise.

  • To motivate and promote entrepreneurship for youth, street children and elderly citizens.

  • To promote awareness with regard to environmental issues.

  • To conduct survey, evaluation and research work in communities and community development sector.

  • To design and develop educational material on Micro-Credit and Reproductive and Child Health.

  • To sensitize women SHGs for access to land i.e. Shelter.

  • Recipient of Award of Honor for the commendable work done in partnership with Delhi Commission of Women on 18th Jan '2002. It was an incredible recognition for working towards perfection of the rights of women of Delhi and improving their quality of life.

  • Recipient of Award of Honor on the occasion of India's Independence for the contribution towards development of Delhi in the field of social work on 3rd Dec.1997.

  • Recipient of Award of Honour on the occasion of Golden Jubilee of our Independence and 6th year of "Convention on International Environment Day" on 23rd December 1997.

  • Recipient of award from the Indian Institute of Human Rights for World Human rights Educator Award
